Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still securely attached.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund or store credit will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
